Vibration-Damped Mounts

Mounts with rubber damping between the handlebar and the cradle, including magnetic, lockable and fork-stem versions. Rubber dampers harden with age and heat — replace the mount when they no longer compress under thumb pressure. On magnetic mounts, always engage the mechanical latch as well; magnets alone will not hold a phone over a pothole.
