Sujata Bike Accessories accepts UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking or wallets, and we never store payment details.

UPI

Scan the UPI QR code shown at checkout from any UPI application and pay before dispatch. The order enters handling once the payment is confirmed. If a payment leaves your account but no order appears, email [email protected] with the Order ID and the transaction reference and we will trace it.

Cash on Delivery

Available for eligible orders and PIN codes. There is no additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives.

GST

Sujata Bike Accessories is not registered for GST. The business operates below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately on any order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a registration number. An order invoice is included with the parcel; it is not a GST tax invoice.

What you pay

The product price is shown on the product page. Delivery is free from ₹999; below that a flat ₹49 applies. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed, so the full total is on screen before you confirm.

Currency

Prices are in Indian rupees and every order ships within India.

Failed and duplicate payments

A failed payment charges nothing and places no order — try again or switch to Cash on Delivery. A duplicate payment on the same order is refunded within 5 business days once we confirm the duplicate transaction.
