Where the estimate comes from
Handling is our part — picking, packing and handing the parcel to a courier — and takes 1–2 business days. Transit is the courier’s own time. Added together they give 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to the rest of India. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery charges
Free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies to the whole order however many items it contains. The product price is shown on the product page, and applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.
Where we deliver
To PIN codes our courier partners serve across India. If a PIN code cannot be serviced we contact you and refund the order in full. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is handed over. It belongs to the courier and is not the same as your Order ID, which is our reference. The first scan can take a day to appear.
Damaged or incomplete orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents; an unboxing video is strongly recommended. We review each case and arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable, and we cover the return shipping when the fault is ours.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are picked up the next working day. We do not dispatch on days the shop is closed or on public holidays, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
