Who else sees it
Only the service providers needed to operate the store, deliver orders, process payments and provide hosting, or where the law requires it. Courier partners receive your name, address and phone number because a parcel cannot be delivered without them. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as reasonably necessary for returns, refunds and enquiries, and for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Where processing rests on consent you can withdraw it. Write from the email address used on the order to [email protected].

Privacy complaints go to [email protected], or by post to Sujata Bike Accessories, Shop No. 6, Ghodbunder Road, Owale, Thane, Maharashtra 400615, India. They are handled directly by the person responsible for operating Sujata Bike Accessories. We have not appointed a separate named officer.
